Great staff and family-friendly atmosphere.
Our experience was quite frustrating. First, the check-in process was shockingly slow, taking way too long for us to get to our room. Additionally, the amenities were subpar. the freezer in our room wasn't working, and after calling House Keeping multiple times, nothing was done. The TV remote was also acting up, adding to our frustrations. How can such issues exist in a supposedly high-quality resort?

Exceptional sunset views from the spacious premium valley view room made our stay truly memorable. Dining at the Alaska Restaurant was a highlight, with staff like Braizil enhancing our experience through their helpful recommendations. The cleanliness and comfort of the room added to the relaxation we sought, although the check-in process could have been a bit quicker. Overall, a lovely time spent in a picturesque setting.

Reasons to love it – and reasons not to
The property is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty! The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The drive up to the resort could use improvement. Some issues with room privacy made me slightly uneasy.

The valley view from the balcony was superbly romantic.
The property wanted an advance payment four weeks prior to the stay without the option for overseas payments.

The views from the balcony were fine, allowing a perfect backdrop for morning coffee. The room itself was spacious and impeccably clean, with a charming touch that felt homey rather than overly formal.
Hot water took an annoyingly long time to run, necessitating quite a bit of waste before it warmed up. The evening snacks really fell flat and didn't match the breakfast spread, which did hit the mark with a solid selection. For the price, I expected a touch more luxury, but instead, it felt more like a cozy guesthouse, which some may not see as a downside.

We had a wonderful stay in a premium valley view room where the views were simply breathtaking. We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary tea tasting experience. The outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing spa treatments were just what we needed to unwind. Just a heads-up, the hot water took a bit longer than expected to heat up, but it didn't ruin our fabulous time here! ☕️

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the local tea museum and the scenic national park, which were unforgettable experiences. The rooms were spacious, and the hospitality was top-notch. You'll love the food, especially the chicken tandoori—it’s worth it! The views from the balcony are stunning. don't miss that.
We experienced a power cut on our last night, and that was pretty concerning, especially when the fan started sparking. Staff seemed a bit indifferent about it, which was unsettling.

Had a lovely two-night family stay with stellar views from our valley room! The staff was friendly, and the cleanliness was great. Definitely planning a return trip!
But, oh dear! The pool table had more drama than my last family reunion-broken pockets everywhere!
